ViaCon delivered a customised 210 m³ firewater tank with an integrated pump room to meet fire protection requirements in an airport project in Norway.
The Challenge
In an airport project in Norway, the contractor needed a reliable firewater solution to comply with fire protection regulations. The system had to provide 210 m³ of firewater storage and deliver a required flow of 50 litres per second for one hour.
In addition to storage capacity, the project required an integrated pumping solution capable of supporting dependable operation in a critical infrastructure environment.
The Solution
To meet the project requirements, ViaCon delivered a customised firewater tank solution in Norway based on PE-coated, hot-dip galvanised corrugated steel.
