Turnkey stormwater detention with ViaCrates

ViaCon was approached by the client to deliver a crate system solution that had already been specified in the project documentation. As the client did not want to replace it with an alternative solution, ViaCon delivered a complete turnkey package.

ViaCon was responsible for selecting and designing the appropriate crate system for the intended application, producing site-specific drawings, and providing technical support throughout the project to address engineering and installation-related questions.

The challenge

The project called for a stormwater detention solution that matched the specified design and could be delivered as a fully integrated package.

In addition to the crate system itself, the scope included installation, geomembrane welding, and completion of all necessary tank connections to ensure reliable stormwater management performance.

The solution

ViaCon delivered a crate system wrapped in geotextile and geomembrane as a complete turnkey solution.

The scope of supply included installation of the crate system, installation and welding of the geomembrane, and completion of all required tank connections.

By combining design support, site-specific drawings, and on-site technical assistance, ViaCon helped ensure a smooth and efficient project delivery.

The ViaCon advantage

The project resulted in a fully functional stormwater detention solution tailored to the specified application.

Installation was carried out by ViaCon with an expected timeline of approximately two days and an installation speed of around 100 m³ per day, including welding.
